My name is Shalise Schnitz.  I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.  I have created a highly successful private practice in the last 14 years.  I have lived in SanAntonio for 27 years.  I have 3 beautiful and amazing children at varying ages and stages in their lives.  I enjoy relaxing and mindful activites such as, yoga, meditation, music and outings with my family and friends.  I have been through many struggles within my own life.  I feel that my struggles have given me an amazing empathy and understanding of life.  Communication, positivity and balance are all key for me.
